To say the least it's a pity that scientific papers for reasons of publication are not allowed to be clear. Yes, sadly, that is the case with peer-review. I only see two orientations: (1) the real-world impact of the jabs and to get this clearly revealed -- I don't need to tell you about the enormous disasters that are going on in this regard, and (2) a deep-dive into scientific intricacies, to expose inherent gaps and open questions.
