Dear Dr.Mueller, having spent many hours to read and enjoyed your book, I recomend to try IJVTPR.As you know, Mead et al. published the 2 papers on " Lessons learned from clinical .." in this Journal.
With respect to Austria,where we "saved about 20.000 lives via vaccination" I suggested to Prof.Reitzner to study ACM in Austria some time ago..What he reported ( in his manuscript, received yesterday) is very similar to Rancourt et al. in their monumental paper.BTW, I obtained the "Geimpft-gestorben-Histopathological Atlas der Corona -Impfschäden"( Krüger ,Lang) today in the mail. Very impressive ! Perhaps we can meet sometimes in the future or exchange views.
